I've been building my own furniture. I've built a bed frame, a desk, kitchen prep counter top, and two bookcases so far. Nothing is fancy. They are all just rectangles.

The proposal is/was so dishonest too. They framed it saying it was bonuses for new hires to help meet the minimum staffing requirements that is written in the city charter. But the bonuses were going to be given to existing cops who already don't do their job (or do do their job of protecting the bourgeoisie and the state).

Either way, glad city council did something for once, as small as this is. I will never support cops or giving them more money.
