Housing in even semi-desirable locations is already unaffordable for most Americans. How would immigrants, considering the low wages they are limited to, make this worse?
I was wrong. I didn't think we had the time to find a good alternative, and I definitely didn't think Harris could be competitive. Happily eating crow! She and her campaign have been amazing!
I thought it was even more hilarious he decided to add dogs into the tale.
No, no, you see he did biggly at the debate even though it was rigged and 3 vs 1 against him. ABC was so unfair to Trump! /s
I won't doubt that there is some intention there along those lines. Maybe she wanted it to be read that way. I see it more along those lines than a full-blown endorsement.
Why? Again it was her motivation for the post?
Hey! That's the cat's pillow!
"The moderators were so unfair! It was a 3 vs 1 fight for Trump! Lying Kamila needs to stop lying!" -literally his entire base right now
She stated in her post a major motivation for her was the fake AI pictures Trump and Co circulated a few weeks ago, so they definitely care. I actually admire that she is simply stating she plans to vote for Harris, rather than outright endorsing her. Swift advises people to be politically informed and to vote. I think that's a pretty good message for anyone to say.
Rather be prepared and sound scripted than to vomit batshit nonsense.
McCarthy almost did the right thing by letting the funding bill come to the floor, but it also stripped Ukraine funding and was a can to kick things down the road giving us only 45 days till we're in the same spot. He could have also offered consessions to the Dems for their vote, which he refused to do. Add to that what is a literal witchhunt of an Impechment inquiry, why do you think the Dems should have saved him?
I still think it's funny that this is being treated as a full-blown endorsement. She said she is voting for Harris, then encouraged people to be politically informed and to vote...
Oh...maybe Republicans don't want people to be politically informed or to vote...
