You are arguing that Republicans are, ”To busy keeping their job to do their job”. While that may be true in some cases, I fear that for some of them, breaking the Supreme Court like this was the goal all along.

It's cheaper to pay the fines when accidents happen than it is to run the trains safely. Just the cost of doing business.

They didn't ”get caught". They infiltrated, forced the policy change they wanted (Scientology is a religion and doesn't pay taxes), and forced the IRS to it's knees. Think on that for a moment.
