I think having a land dispute is the first step in having a country at all

That's the point of the Senate: land gets equal votes

The house is for population, but we fucked it by capping the total number of reps you can have there

God it's posts like this that make me wanna fix my 3d printer

Not for cigarettes but like, the dispensary near me sells the double blunt adapter for wayyyy too much and I could print one with the resin I have if my printer wasn't a lil bitch about things, and a triple-chamber for a 3-strain hit sounds so goddamn fun

kinda feel like those individuals shouldn't be allowed to use computers to do their jobs. If you can't master just pass the basics, sorry. Here's a pencil and a pad of paper.

My wife had her HR rep get pissed at her just yesterday for sending an email to her boss and other higher-ups asking why assistant managers at her company can't use the computers theyre on all day properly. She had asked for a screenshot of something so she could see what the other person was seeing and they replied with "I can't do that idk how" and thought that was acceptable?

Luckily the other higher ups told HR to shut up and that she was only mad because it's her job to ensure basic computer literacy and she clearly didn't.

People 100% get into the mindset that "well, I already know the basics, so anything I don't know is advanced user shit so I can't learn it" and it's infuriating

Honestly, I do want a better smartphone. Not better as in more pixels or processing power, but more features.

My P8P has a temperature sensor on it. Every phone I own moving forward is gonna need that now cuz I use it for all kinds of shit basically daily, great tool for a SMART device.

I miss IR blasters, they weren't as useful but they had their place

I miss the short time period where volume and lock buttons were on the backs of phones.

More weird sensors and functionality that might prove useful in niche situations, please.

They were clearly talking about the politicians being he correct target of unrestricted information access and not the state itself

Likely for the obvious reason your alluding to here

Me, though it's more indifference than active desire

Brought my wife's bad dragon collection out so she could show a friend the different firm esses and my ADHD ass put one on the shelf

It's been there for months, keeps getting put back there

I could go move it right now if I wanted but now that's it's place now

Emil Pagliarulo (guy quoted in the article), lead on Starfield, is known to have this attitude towards players. He's also known to not like design documents, which explains the massively disconnected design of recent Bethesda games, especially Starfield.

Emil is one of the giant reasons their games have been the way they have been lately and it's why he's being a baby about it

It's funny, my local Walmart ditched the weight checking part of the self checkout so it's quick and easy, yet every time I go at least one person has managed to fuck up badly enough to need to call help over

Meanwhile I'm getting a decent discount on my purchase, which is nice

Not being allowed to bring something to a protest does not infringe on your first amendment rights at all

Not being allowed to take a gun somewhere specific is already a thing, and thus does not infringe the second amendment

If you don't get it, you don't get it, and that's fine.

From someone who's went through film school:

It's a great movie. I wouldn't call it second ever, but it's up there. The cinematography is some of the best put to film, the writing is excellent, and the acting is phenomenal. I love the music as well, personally. Mafia stories are/were big hits for film in general, dating back even to the black and white era.

In simple terms: basically everything about it is made better than your average film, and if there's something you specifically like about films (music, cinematography, etc.) It's usually an easy example to point to for a quality example of said thing

But yeah, there are too many movies in existence to put any real stock on "x best movie of all time" things
