Why don't you read a book or rather than bashing your head against a wall to feel something? Uninformed people berating each other solves nothing.

Man I don't know what the hell SpinScore is since not a lot of info came up quickly is but Amnesty is completely under the thumb of the US.

Are you afraid now of standing up for what you meant by your comment?

drag the war out as long as possible

You have very poor reading comprehension, or you are very dishonest.Gladio They are stating their intent to prolong the war beyond any potential peace agreements. Do you even know what a "stay-behind operation" entails? First the West intervened in 2022 to stop Kiev from negotiating, they prolong the war with aid, make a lot of money, and they intend to use the territory to launch attacks on Russia no matter what happens to the army and the government.

Think Crocus Hall style attacks. That is what the real Operation Gladio entailed.

Drones flying into apartment buildings. Knowing this is what the west promises even after potential negotiations will make Russia settle for far, far fewer territorial concessions. Between the missiles and the provocations they may steamroll the entire country after they dispose of the main lines of conflict.

There are many other points to cover here but it is important for you to understand you cannot breeze your way through historical references and then pretend you know what Operation Gladio was. You're lazy.

If Putin doesn't care how many Ukrainians die, why is he even averse to hitting their rail lines and electrical infrastructure? They clearly save these attacks for retaliation when negotiations fall through yet again and the bellicose US statements get out of hand yet again.

The whole mystification of Iran and Russia's clear strategy of "fuck off so we can stabilize and develop" that inevitably results in risks to our own stability is too funny. Western orientalism is strong in 2024 as it was in 2001.

Russia doesn't benefit from destabilized hostile states on its border. What about that is so hard for liberals to understand? Putin and the oligarchs literally wanted to loot their country and sell shit to the west and you idiots have driven them to China. I should thank you, but you didn't have any say in the matter.

Just the worst fucking pedantic creeps alive finally concede the blatantly fucking obvious

[-] griefstricken@lemmy.ml 5 points 2 weeks ago

Ooh definitely send this feedback to them. I am gonna forget to.

They are all buying and selling that information to each other, any door you leave open will be used by all of the major datamininers of the western world due to their many agreements.

So which part is actually the joke? Was repeatedly asking people for an AI style summary the joke? Because it wasn't. On the other hand it still sounds like you believe in this Hearts of Iron IV Mearsheimer stuff based on the followup. You must be a kid or something throwing out this absolutely barebones knowledge of what's going on in Myanmar while also making bold "serious" assertions about countries being "destroyed" in order for China to grow. They have demonstrated they do not have to do this, which I contrast with the Arghiri school of world systems and the Mearsheimer style international relations people, who project this need for exploitation and conquest on to a country which encompasses enough resources to achieve limited autarky. I don't actually find anything you've said funny period so I would really appreciate a "synopsis", since apparently we are comrades.

No RSS feed and you can only see page one. I use SearXNG and a Misskey fork (it is the same shit as Mastodon but with features instead of without features) to get a wider picture. The search bar is better at finding comments than the comments tab. This is not for fighting, as this particular account might lead you to guess. A lot of good megathreads can be found on Lemmy instances.

Would you say that Linux contributors with ties to MIT and other US universities that get funding from the same organizations of the MIC and intelligence racket are suspect? No? Yeah just Russians. Cold War propaganda chugging little twerp

Very cool article but mainly because I was bracing for more nonsense about how stripped down apps can help "dopamine fasting" - which like paranoia about antivirus or mugging level threats has completely overtaken many otherwise terrific projects and leads people to do insane things like destroy searching public posts on one's own website to provide people a security blanket

Instead this gets to one of the core problems with open source. Let's dig even deeper. Most open source contributors are depressed knowing they serve an industry dominated by imperialists who care nothing for them and will actively warp communities into digital company towns, instigate new forms of bullying and low grade civil conflict, and open source development is basically a coping mechanism that can sometimes serve as a justification to stay in the industry
