Strange, I've had a video that crashed newpipe every time but now it seems to play fine. Maybe because it was a "Coming soon" video? Anyways it seems like it works fine now, I also had a bug where leaving the app would crash the app instead of doing background play but I also can't get it to occur again. I'll edit my original comment.
For everyone on Android, you can just patch the youtube app using ReVanced, which will remove ads, add sponsorblock, allow you to hide shorts and the "People also watched" sections. It can be pretty tricky to patch if you don't know what you're doing so feel free to tell me if you run into any issues.
If you don't care about the algorithm and your feed, you can get the third-party client NewPipe, it's FOSS ~~but sometimes crashes while reading some videos~~ It does not seem to crash anymore, so good thing!
Pick one!
As someone in Europe,
- I still have AI in paint (to create images), but I think it's opt-in
- I don't have Copilot, but I think it's integrated to Microsoft Edge (but you can uninstall it)
- I still have onedrive by default, but you can also uninstall it
- I don't have recall (or maybe I do but it's disabled, either way I can't open it)
- Microsoft still pushes you super hard to use an account
So here's what to expect if you manage to change your region. I have no idea on how to do that however.
Here in france, everyone says "3w". Pronouncing it entirely sounds like "Double V, double V, double V" so "3w" sounds like "Trois double V", which funnily enough, is still longer than world wide web!
I've published a simillar app to the play store (a calculator for keeping track of your stats in a game) and it got denied because it had no privacy policy, and I had to add one. Maybe that's why they need to include it?
Ce serait bien un graphique comme ca mais plus neutre, là on voit que ce sont des mesures choisies exprès car le RN et le député sortant ont voté contre.
Here's a fork of Citra that can connect to the official nintendo network, still avilable now, by the person who made CTGP7 (custom tracks and characters in MarioKart 7), and here's the one for Yuzu. I think these are gonna be the main forks because they already have quite a lot of activity. It's cool that Citra and Yuzu were open-source so things like this can be made!
Bien trouvé!
Après avoir fait un piti tour dans le thread je propose ce montage que j'ai fait en 2 min sur mon tel
Il y a aussi l'appli Pin my Balls sur android ou on peut les voir sur une carte
I'm out of the loop, what's the wayland backend?
Thank you for your feedback, I've switched to the GPL V3 license
