I have a steam controller and I play through Nvidia GeForce now.

So I open Steam, then Nvidia, then select a game, then it opens Steam on the remote, then it opens a launcher and only then it launches the game

I can't think of a better use of a brain implant than not sleeping and playing Civilization.

I can come up with a few:

  1. Showing advertisement while the recipient is sleeping. Use a positive feedback loop in order to increase engagement.

  2. Using it to fly bomb carrying drones

  3. Create jobs that have only one requirement - having such an implant.

It may be a good survival strategy to eat oatmeal for dinner.

The problem with this is that it normalizes the decline in food quality and makes us choose a strategy as if we were struggling to survive due to lack of calories. So far we have a lot more calories per capita than we would need for mere survival. Not for long tho
