In my opinion best age for president and parliament members would be cca. 30-60 years old. People older than 60-65 and younger than 30 can still be active in politics and do some paperworks etc, but can't be on actual important positions like president or parliament.

Thanks, surpassingly, it didn't take long around 6-8 hours. I started at around 12-13 and ended at 19. I did kind of speed run installation and did as fast as possible. I first tried installing gnome or kde, but compiling was too long, so I decided xfce.
I think there might be gnome themes and extensions like material you, not sure how good they work.
