Well, Bazzite exists. And SteamOS can now officially be put on other hardware as well. SteamOS needs a certain kind of SSD though. So I'd look into whether this device has the correct kind before thinking about that. It's popular enough that surely someone out there has a review of how well it works with SteamOS and/or Bazzite.

If you're looking for different advice... Marry him. Straight people have been entering marriages of convenience for centuries. Telling someone you are attracted to them and asking them out is not sexual harassment. It might be against workplace rules, but that depends on the workplace. Having consensual sex with someone after a date is also not sexual harassment. It could be seen as "quid pro quo" if one of them is the other's boss.

If at any point the person asks you to stop and you continue, then that is sexual harassment.
