I used to love getting the dollar menu stuff from McDonald’s and idk if it’s that I turned 30 and suddenly started feeling grumpy about everything but I refuse to go there now that their prices are like this for a “value menu”.

Can someone add the “I’m in this photo and I don’t like it” picture because that’s all I can feel from this.

Hey everyone! Looking for any interior decorator aficionados out there. For as long as I can remember I've never been able to decorate spaces where I live and would love some advice!

I've been at my current home a few years and my living room is painted, but the walls are empty. We have some furniture (couch, entertainment center, key ring holder) and our TV but you really wouldn't be able to tell who lives there or what type of people we are. This is the case for all of our rooms.

Does anyone have or know of any guides/tips/suggestions for making a space feel more "lived-in" or "home-y"? I'm not sure where to start aside from family pictures, but then get stressed about messing up our walls or something "looking wrong" and having to redo/undo it all. Any way to get past that mindset as well is definitely welcome!

Any help is appreciated, thanks everyone!

Not my intention, I’m trying to make the point of not purchasing from them due to deceptive pricing but it is still essentially free marketing. Not sure how to bring it up without that being the case

Yes! But now they’re also on Threads, I would’ve put this on Mastodon if they existed there

$5.35 after taxes. I just want answers on why it’s wrong and Wendy’s will never answer me 🥲

Really love to hear that! Back around like 2016-2019 I loved the idea of switching to a Tesla. Couldn’t afford it but always thought it was something to strive for. Well, that is no longer the case for me and I actively encourage people to shop other EV’s if they’re set on them and to avoid anything with his name tied to it.

I feel dumb promoting the dude with a low effort meme, but hearing replies like this I feel makes it worth it.

Sorry if this isn’t the right place or format to ask questions.

Just looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for games that might be on sale for the holidays to add to the collection or try out!

Other games I enjoy for context

  • Root
  • Scythe
  • Terraforming mars
  • Wingspan
  • Marvels Champions/Legendary
  • Betrayal at house on the hill
  • Camel Up
  • That’s Pretty Clever
  • Roll Low
  • Catan
  • Azul

Love to see it! Welcome to the party! Honestly this is the most I’ve really done anything on social media stuff so I totally get it.

That’s really been one of the reasons I’ve always just been a lurker on social media. The fediverse spaces I’m in (lemmy/mastodon) have been great so far. I didn’t really have any expectations but the experience has been good for me and I hope for everyone else!

Anybody remember when we would question whether tweets like this were real or not and would need to check to confirm it?

Appreciate the title summary as opposed to standard click-bait, doing good work!
