So what happens if the Internet Archive goes away?

Yeah, lots of them, but keep forgetting them from time to time... The dude with the huge ass font is the most remarkable to me.

I think the handheld era is my favorite, it basically ended with the 3DS, but it is the DS which I really can't put down, I am playing for the first time Chrono Trigger on it, and it is my Jump Ultimate Stars machine (Wimmfi), also have some other bangers as well, but I'll bore you if I citate them all.

But hey, don't get me wrong, the current handheld era is good too, we have the Switch, The Steam Deck and a plethora of good quality Chinese handhelds.

Last but not least, it had little to none anti-user "features" that plague the modern games.

Oh I agree with you 100% on here!

I mean, I don't even remember this game had any IAP nor banner ads... How the hell the creator became so rich lol.

I like that my native language is so present in the Fediverse 🥲

Can someone ELI5 what is the difference with normal link sharing?

Does it change for the end user something or what? I ask because I almost never share stuff from my browsers, but I do from some apps such as social media or Sync for Lemmy/Voyager.

and I like it

Get out of here!

Jokes aside... Lemmy has been great for world and tech news! Feels like I don't need to check my RSS app, or Reddit in order to scratch that itch.

Custom launchers are a huge no to me if they don't support Quickswitch... thanks again to Google/Android for breaking the animations....

I hope that A14 fixes this.

Someone else here mentioned the Steam Deck as a powerful handheld on the go, I want to do a similar approach.

Playing PS1 games with a Miyoo Mini, I swear my child's dream was to play PS1 games in a handheld sized similar to my Game Boy Advance from that time, now we can do it in even smaller devices! (And this one isn't even the tiniest lol).
