You're not obligated to know all the available science and the tweet is doesn't state it as fact so it's ignorant of the science but not in denial

But the age window is real. Kids who for some reason didn't learn any language have a hard time learning it later and when you move to other language area, there is an age after which you can't learn the new language accent free (about 12 I think)
