Well, depending on the direction equator is infinitely small, so it could basically be done by one person, on land… boom!

Works fine in Chrome here?

Neither do we in Denmark. I think that’s generally how Europe works. The price on the menu is the price you will be expected to pay. Nothing more, nothing less.

If I have a restaurant or bar experience out of the ordinary or just have pleasant time with the staff I will tip. Otherwise I won’t, at it will be perfectly fine for everyone.

Thanks for the answer - I’ve usually just gone with Ubuntu. Would that still be the recommended distro for gaming?

Apart from wow and flight sim, I play rocket league, satisfactory, old school monkey island (and other point and click games) and FIFA from time to time and I make small game projects in unreal engine.

I think I’ve played it through more than 20 times. I roughly do it once a year… 1,2 and 3 at least. It’s no longer about the challenge, story or puzzles, it just feels like coming home.

Made me think of the time the PlayStation 2 launched and there were fear about how the indescribable great power of the new wonder could be used as a weapon in the hands of the wrong people.

Take it a little at a time. The blenderguru videos are short and arr perfect for doing 30 mins today, 30 mins the next day - you don’t need to do it all in one sitting.

I'm absolute with you on prefering written tutorials and documentation, however when it comes to beginner tutorials for Blender, there's simply nothing better than the doughnut tutorial from Blenderguru. It's not a "do this then do this" video - he's actually explaining what he does and why, so when you're finished, you actually have ideas of what to do with your own projects.

3D art is a complex thing - but you can actually get a long way following the doughnut tutorial, and after that, you may be open to try other video tutorials or have a look at other channels.

Another favorite of mine to mostly just watch is Grant Abbitt: https://www.youtube.com/@grabbitt/featured

It baffles me that they didn’t predict this?

No matter the outcome of the war, Russia have suffered a loss that will take generations to recover from.

Frames… Lots of frames.

As a new dad I don’t have the time for games that I used to, but I’ve been playing BG2 for a few hours every week, and now BG3 has taken over, it’s actually a perfect game to play whenever you just have a short time on your hand.

It’s one of those game experiences where I think of my character all the time when not playing. Can’t wait to get back, when the little one is sleeping again.
