Salute to you for posting with us and for being a straight A nerd
We love our lemmy.ml comrades
Welcome onboard
I'm glad you found it useful :)
My main game is currently Mad Max, I picked it up recently to get hyped for Furiosa. It's fun as hell, I definitely recommend it. I would also like to go back and finish RDR2 and Midnight Suns. I haven't played Cyberpunk yet but I bought it recently on a sale and I'm looking forward to playing it!
Btw what are you using to log your food? I'm using Cronometer and it's super easy to log stuff in the browser on my computer, you can copy and paste entire days and edit entries easily.
Hell yeah, that's a good routine
I'm also doing exercises for my back, I'm doing the McGill Big 3.
Btw I'm also trying to stick to one game for at least 15 hours before moving on to the next one, I don't want to be jumping to a different game every day. What is your current pick?
self-improvement for the sake of mastery of self and advancement of communism through bettering myself to be fit to help others
That's why we're here!
Welcome onboard comrade, we're happy to have you with us
My May was kind of a shitshow due to some health issues. I was unable to do any exercise because of it. But I kept up with my other healthy habits and that kept me afloat.
I have mostly recovered now so hopefully I will be back on the sigma grindset in June. This month I want to resume running 2x weekly. I also want to touch grass and hang out with friends because the weather should be nice outside
So you're trying to tell me that you're both reading theory AND doing praxis? Folks, we have found the One True Leftist on this website!
Good luck with your union effort, I hope it's successful!
The past week was kind of a bummer because I was still recovering from being sick. Also, my back still hasn't recovered yet. It kinda fucking sucks.
I wasn't able to go running so I focused on fixing my back. I started skimming the book Back Mechanic by Stuart McGill. I also started doing The McGill Big 3 core exercises for back muscles. I want to do these exercises regularly every week from now on. Hopefully I'm gonna recover next week so that I can continue running and get back on the horse.
Hell yeah, home cooked meals are the best. What is your go to recipe?
My April was going well until last Friday when my back got fucked up. But other than that it went well. This month I continued running, cooked healthy meals and lost a bit of weight. Last week was a shitshow because my back still hasn't recovered and I also got sick. So I don't have any goals for next week except to chill and recover
It do be like that sometimes. My week has also been kinda garbage because the heat is kicking my ass. Nothing else to do than keep on trucking
