Lovely, thank you!
Thank you! :)
I think we work for the same company...
That was a journey. Thank you for that, I hate it.
I like how it's almost exactly the same car (just because there were hardly any other models back then), just with some weird carriage attached.
That's such a weird concept, definitely a shower thought. I like the idea of it, even though it's very unlikely. We might never know... That's the same vibe as with the "we're in a simulation" theory. Hard to prove or disprove.
Same in Poland, it's definitely more common to discuss monthly salaries. I had to adjust when moved to Germany, as almost everyone uses yearly base. Though I would say it makes sense considering yearly bonuses etc.
In maths maybe not, but that's not maths, it's more like a sentence. There should be a space after comma.
10% is definitely too low. I would say even 20% is low, but that depends on your specific situation, market, industry etc. 3 months ago I moved companies within the same field, asked for about 60% raise, and got it without further negotiations. Now I'm thinking I should have said more right from the start, but oh well, I can't be mad. @OP, start high and be prepared to negotiate down. You should always have 2 numbers prepared: one you say up front and one you are willing to accept.
Thanks! The hand model was added around the 60-70% mark if I had to estimate. Before that there wasn't any visual indication when moving the units, just a regular system cursor. I felt like there was something missing and I hope I hit the right spot with that animated hand :)
