@enjoytemple @Cybermonk_Taiji if it's a toddler swimming class and there's a bunch of babies wearing diapers, does it make it a dumpling soup?

@toomanypancakes
And then slightly more effort but bigger payoff is making combos of the big 3 - carb, protein, veg.

-Rice, gravy, canned peas
- Pasta, sauce (pesto?), Chicken (frozen/precooked) and (steamed bag)broccoli.
- 1 pot 'gumbo': rice sausage peppers onions tomatoes seasonings.
- instant noodles with an egg and some leafy veg tossed in
- frozen dumplings or ravioli
Mix and match
With some of these I feel like you're in danger of entering the higher effort territory so take your pick

@Tini @Stoney_Logica1 wait is that how that works? If you get first you stay in diamond? I've been bouncing around obsidian and diamond these past few weeks based on my level of motivation (and the number of 2x boosts I get)

@bob_wiley @ericbomb I think you just blew my mind a little. I've never thought of it that way before.

As someone who loves wrapping (my and anyone else's who will let me) gifts around Christmastime, I think I'll try doing just ribbons this year.

Any pictures of how it turned out?

@beefbaby182 did an audiobook of The Red Queen (Juan Gómez-Jurado) which was a fun murder mystery. At the end it had an interview between the author and narrator (Scott Brick), which led me to Bricks other narrations (he's got a wonderful voice and believable accents) - The Omega Factor (Steve Berry) was next. Hoping it will keep leading me on these novels set in other countries - pretty cool to get a taste of cultures alongside a good story

@FlyingSquid @walnutwalrus I think my tech time period is way off, but this reminded me of a vid I stumbled across with Wendy Carlos talking about their synthesized orchestra instruments. Would be interesting to hear what pre-40s sound tech could produce with the influence of today's music tastes, styles, techniques etc.

@Redditgee Hah, I figured as much, but wasn't gonna rule out the ole ear-lego or nose-bean. Gotta wonder what the ratio of accidentally-stuck-stuff in kids:adults is 🤔 and if there's a correlation. Maybe one grows up into the other?

@GeeRad @_cerpin_taxt_ what software do you use for modeling? I've had my printer for awhile but still struggle with quick/efficient modeling (blender for me but I'm not great at it),
