I'm not good around kids, so I made a decision to be without children pretty early on. So, to answer your question, I guess it feels... normal? It's hard to describe in more detail, because I don't have a reference to compare it to.

That said, I've seen what kind of struggles - emotional, financial or otherwise - my kid-having friends and family have been going through and I would be a liar if I said I never thought "I'm glad I don't have to go through this shit" more than on one occasion.

Somebody is obviously trying to cover all the bases. That's just good thinking. If ghost are real, they get zapped. If they aren't real, they get to chase a group of adolescents all over the place for about 20 minutes before said adolescents figure out it's not a ghost for the umpteenth time.

The thing with ellipses is... they make you sound... like you have lethargy... Either that... or extreme shyness... Whenever I see text with no other punctuation than ellipses...I always imagine... like I'm talking with Eeyore... from Winnie the Pooh...

Okay, I can't even be mad, this is creative. Though I feel that the meme is overused.

Piracy, actually, but yes. That tweet was such a dumpster fire. All it accomplished was it showed how grossly misinformed Linus was about this topic. How ad blocking equals copyright infringement is beyond me.

Oooh, it's an antenna. For a moment I wasn't really sure why someone would go through the trouble of making a fake tree.

Because these delusions are based on defects of the mind, there’s no amount of facts that you can throw at this problem and expect it to be fixed that way. What wasn’t reasoned in, can’t be reasoned out of a broken mind like that.

This hurts to read, but I have to agree. Especially because the person who first told me about HAARP has a freaking degree in psychology.
