Besides the reasons others mentioned, it's also popular as an OS for gaming handhelds, like the Steam Deck, Lenovo Legion Go, ASUS Ally X and what have you.
If their glasses make you "super intelligent" when you put them on, then maybe they should put on their own product and finish school? That was my line of thinking, until I got to this part of the article:
Ardayfio called the glasses “the first real step towards vibe thinking.”
...and then I realized I have no idea what the hell they're talking about and stopped reading.
Ah, fair point. Still, I'm not too jazzed about Nintendo making their own USB standard. They may as well call it just SB, because there's nothing universal about this.
All the more reason for this man to continue his good work. The drivers have clearly demonstrated that they care less about kids' safety and care more about arriving at the next red light eight seconds sooner.
So many downvotes. I thought it was funny! But I suppose some people might need context:
Kids don't think logically about situations, particularly regarding the adults that they lo- shit! How did you do that?!
First off, I'm so sorry you had that much pressure put on you in school. Your father should have helped you and instead he needlessly made things harder. One thing you should keep in mind is a saying I see every now and again: "Comparison is the thief of joy". You're not your brothers or your sisters and that's okay! You may have the same parents, but that doesn't mean you have to be clones.
Distancing yourself from your abusive father was a good move and I applaud you for that! Parents who don't accept their own children, especially including their quirks and flaws, don't deserve them. It sounds like he wants you to be someone else, but tough shit: you're not them, you're you. And you have zero obligation to become this perfect person in your dad's head.
And to answer your question: yes, there is hope. You got out of a bad situation and it sounds like you're still recovering. For now, forget math, grades and employment and just focus on getting better. Good grades and a stable job don't mean jack shit if you're miserable anyway.
True, his message doesn't exactly radiate happiness, but I can assure you he felt SO much better after writing this. Tech support also doubles as everyone's personal therapist, you see.
Looking at your responses it seems that you have a good grasp on the english language. Which is good! It means you have all the tools available to you when making conversation. You probably just need more practice. Conversations in non-native languages can be difficult, because you have to come up with an answer on the spot. It's not impossible, though. You'll probably stumble for words and make mistakes at first, but that's perfectly normal and okay.
tl;dr: talk more. Good luck!
Counterpoint: I don't like having more than one package manager on my system, which means things like Flatpaks and Snaps are out. With AppImages, I just double-click on the executable and off it goes.
You okay there, chief?
According to this thread overrated means either "games I didn't like" or "games that didn't work for me".
