This is arguably the most dangerous kind of war, at least for the elites and authoritarians. Angry people without a plan are unpredictable.

That's ok because he won't ever leave office again so technically the people will still own it

As a Canadian, I can say as a person with a reasonable government that isn't trying to control every minutia of my life, the additional threat of a predictable and preventable pandemic five years after all the lessons should have been learned to prevent the next one, vacationing in the USA is even LESS appealing than it already is.

In at least one woman's case, Putin offered her an actual meat grinder. No joke.

You. You, the people. Canada is doing it with boycotts which are deeply hurting the US. We didn't have to be told to do it. Nobody organized. We just did it.

There is nobody coming to save you so you have to do it yourselves.

I got permabanned for commenting "Should have painted a swastika instead" on an article about a guy who spray painted "USA" on a plaque at Trump tower. Apparently, my comment was too violent for corporate bot-ridden reddit now.

Yes, indeed. If you check out Poilievre's platform, he almost entirely mimics Trump's, right down to promoting Canada's own version of DOGE. That's why there was such a huge turnout at the voting booths. The writing was on the wall with that guy and becoming American was not what the majority of us wanted.

I received a 7 day ban for threatening violence. My comment was, "He should have spray-painted a swastika in red" in response to video of a guy who spray-painted "USA" on a presidential placard in Trump Tower. I'm done with Reddit after 11 years.
