That being said... Check out GSI roms and DSU. I've not tried it out tho.

The 13 Pro is a Qualcomm SOC.

You can use Rethink firewall and dns on Fdroid to block the oneplus analytics and whatever you aren't comfortable with.

Check out Techtablets reviews on YouTube. He does some good reviews on some China brands. Teclast and Dogee seem reputable. Other than the usual Xiaomi, etc.
