For the first time in my adult life I've found that I just have to distance myself from the news. I've kept up with world events nearly every day since 2004 (when my country 
helped overthrow Haiti's democratically elected government) so it's a really strange feeling not knowing what's going on. But watching Al Jazeera / Democracynow is just ... utterly heartbreaking. I don't know how the news anchors keep it together on live air.
Also, watching any other news channel is just infuriating because of how openly and brazenly they carry water for the z!onists.
It's ok to take a break. It could destroy you if you don't.
I've even felt guilty for really enjoying anything over the last year. I stopped watching shows I like. Stopped keeping up with my favourite sportsball. It wasn't until a close friend intervened and convinced me to talk with a professional because I was in such a sorry state. So, if you have the means, I might recommend that too, it's nice to just be able to talk to someone.

What even is the recourse here? How does Canada even retaliate without shooting ourselves in the dick? I reckon the evidence for this to be a state-sanctioned assassination has got to have been iron-clad for Trudeau to make these comments publicly (although by the sounds of it it appears to have been widely speculated as such by the Sikh community when it did occur).
