Can we get a back button on iPad?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Could you elaborate please? There is a back button at the top of the screen here:

I tried to get used to the glow around sections in the OLED theme, but it’s just distracting and frankly ugly. I’m requesting an improvement here as well.

Yeah, we aren't happy with it either. Unfortunately adding a border to those elements isn't simple to do - Apple really doesn't want us changing the appearance of forms. We'll try to come up with a better solution before 2.0 release (no promises though).

I can't reproduce this issue at the moment; it seems to be working fine for me on an iOS 18 iPad simulator. Which part of it doesn't work - do the "Block Community" and "Block user" buttons not show up, or do they show up but not do anything when tapped? Thanks

Edit: it also seems to work correctly on iOS 17.5

Mlem 2.0 is missing a lot of features at the moment, which we'll be re-adding before the final 2.0 release. You can find a full list in the "Roadmap" section on the 2.0 release post :)

Sure, I'll add one in the next Mlem version 👍

Mlem doesn't have this option just yet, but we're adding it the next beta. Memmy and Arctic have had it for a while.

Adding such an option is very easy to do for iOS apps - Apple provides a simple API for it, so we just have to add a settings toggle. I'm not familiar with how it works in Android development, but it may be more complicated.

Does this happen on every comment you post, or just some? I’m not able to reproduce this either yet, unfortunately.

Both saved posts and saved comments are mixed in together in the "Saved" feed. This is how it worked previously when the "Saved" feed was in the profile, too. If this isn't working properly and you don't see your saved comments in the "Saved" feed, let us know.

In future, we'd obviously like to add more granularity here, such as being able to filter the saved feed by just posts or comments, or sorting the saved feed.

This isn't supported yet, unfortunately. We're tracking the feature here, and will definitely be implementing it at some point in future.

If you want to attach an image to a comment, you can use the ![](image url) markdown. If you haven't got a URL for your image, you'd have to post the comment from your instance's website (which allows image uploading).

Mlem dev here - we've added an "Open links in Browser" option in today's TestFlight release. It'll be live on the App Store in about a week or so, hopefully.

Yep, we don't have this functionality just yet.

To clarify - you'd have to upload the image to your instance in the browser, not within Mlem's post creator. Mlem doesn't provide a way of copying the URL of an image you attach to a post. And if you never post the image you attached, Mlem will request that your instance deletes the image.
