Even IF your router would fail catastrophically in the right way to expose your Server to the internet, or of it actually "ratted your traffic out" to the ISP and the ISP cared (which it does not), it's not illegal to hist Jellyfin, or put media on it which you own (which is not discernible from just.... Media being streamed).
Also your ISP has no part in your local network traffic.

I'm currently using a 9-year-old, woefully underpowered laptop made by Xiaomi. Full aluminium unibody, and NO logo. Not printed on, not etched in, not glistening only in the right light. NO LOGO.
I'm not a billboard. I'm not responsible for your brand recognition. Ironically though, far more people have come up to me and asked "hey, what laptop is that" than ever would have cared if there was a logo on it.
It also just looks and feels fantastic, all-aluminium-no-logo just looks so sleek.
So yeah. I will not be upgrading until I find another laptop of the same build quality, with no logo. Tuxedo has that option for most of their laptops, but for some reason not for their only current full-aluminium body -.-

I've been using it for 10 years. Back then, it just started out as a chat app with group support - just like Wahstapp, but free (yes, WA used to cost money) and way better than SMS.
My entire social circle switched to it, and has been using it ever since. Why? Because to this day, it's easily the best chat app, feature wise. Literally every time WhatsApp or Signal or Threema add a shiny new feature, Telegram has already had it for a while.
Since Covid however, there is a huge stigma attached to it, and I do get why. It's sad, really. I wish there was a 1:1 clone of Telegram's chat features, minus the Channels (or whatever they are called).

Spending money you borrow at an interest rate that's as low as it currently is, is way, way, way cheaper than going "Oops, sorry, there's currently no money for roads / bridges / hospitals / Kitas /..." and waiting until they've fallen into complete unrepairability, at t which point you'll have to rebuild for way more money.
And speaking of Kitas: we currently have far too few. This forces some parents to stay at home even though they want to work. Borrow money, build Kita, a sizeable portion of the population returns to the workplace.
Better infrastructure allows people to earn more. More earnings is more taxes collected, without raising them on the individual.
