I'm not certain it was. He is indeed well known for abstaining from alcohol because of his brother, Fred Jr.
Yeah. If the alternative is Spirit's death, good; it is deserved. It will create an actual market opening for a newcomer. Anyone who complains this won't happen doesn't truly believe in capitalism after all.
I wouldn't take this for granted. Even if it is true today (I have no idea, I don't own a switch, and wouldn't be surprised if it requires even physical media to authenticate), Nintendo could alter the deal with an update.
If you sell a dangerous shitbox product to the general public, it gets recalled. It doesn't matter what the remedy is. Companies need to be dissuaded from releasing half baked products to the market. "Move fast and break things" is quite literally not a viable strategy for vehicle production.
I run xorg on my desktops (especially my video transfer/editing workstation) and sway on my laptop. Wayland still has some seemingly intractable bugs and annoyances, if it even supports what you are trying to accomplish. I run it in hopes of helping it improve, but it's far from mature.
Red Book hasn't been updated since 1980, I think you'll be okay.
They are also packed per slice because they last a lot longer. Plastic cheese or not, cheese slices have a lot of surface area and get funky relatively quickly. Also, every time you reach into a regular bag of deli sliced cheese, you introduce funk-generating organisms.
My guess is that they see their device controlling a heating element of unknown (to them) provenance as a liability. My zen15 manual specifically has a warning against using it with heaters.

UDP is hardly a transport layer protocol. It basically adds port numbers and checksum to IP. QUIC is usually described as transport layer since it provides flow/congestion control functionality usually ascribed to transport layer.
Good. Too bad it will never happen in the US. I'm sick and tired of these shitboxes that destroy visibility and kill people, always being operated by someone clueless (and usually single occupancy).
Except wind and solar don't have anywhere near the density we need. Nuclear plants are about 1kW/m^2. Wind is 2-3W/m^2, solar is 100W/m^2. Siting wind and solar projects can be just as damaging.
Or, y'know, Nokia Bell Labs.
