Just because I use Lemmy doesn't mean I was able to convince anyone of my social circle to join (with lack of content as the primary reason). Building communities requires users and a lack of those is an issue with many FOSS projects.

That's a good point, i haven't played long enough for that to be an issue.

Just an idea but couldn't the DM stretch out a fight artificially? Not the first time this happens, that could make for an awesome story. In other fights after that though, just add xx extra hp if the fight only took 1 or 2 turns.

It is a fine line but as a player I'd be fine with not steamrolling over every enemy my group encounters

Thank you for the resources, I'll try them once I get the chance to work on a project for awhile again. The reasons why you like it are great to hear, as many videos tend to focus on speed over other aspects. If speed was my only concern I could have stayed with an IDE which I knew how to use. For me vim is both exciting to learn as a skill and convenient because of it's server friendly interface.

They are unlikely to actually stop any individual from becoming vegan or at least making an effort to become one. The attitude that it is to öate and we can't do anything about the catastrophe is precisely the feeling they are hoping for so we continue to consume their products. You can however at any time just stop.

Keep yourself occupied and do the best you can. Informed descisions of individuals can bring more change than governments. You might not stop the oil from being sold, but if there is less demand for it, profits go down and that has great effect on the rate at which oil is pumped out of the ground.

Well they were in a position to do something about that but held against keeping the reactors running, https://www.tagesschau.de/inland/akw-streit-105.html. If I remember correctly getting them into a normal running condition was unfeasible either way.

came here to give the same suggestion

I'm using connect for Lemmy and that seems to work really well.
