Umm I didn't ASK for some weird tip-based delivery service, I thought they were UPSing that shit. I can't put tips on my corporate card, for laptop delivery fees?! So I looked like the asshole after they booked it across town. Haven't ordered from Best Buy again, what a terrible customer experience.
