one of local Ukrainian isps offered to run fiber (symmetrical 100) to the middle of nowhere. like literally, the nearest store is a couple if kilometers away, it's the last building along a road literally surrounded by a huge field, in a village with like 10 people still living in it.
(i don't need constant internet connection there tho as I'm only there occasionally, 4g is more than enough)
Chihiro Fujisaki from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc (the first game in the trilogy). there's a cool plot twist about them
it was as stable as windows 11, but the uac system and other security chnages broke a lot of apps, including some system services. As soon as the apps adapted it became pretty decent.
About the performance, win7 isn't lighter than vista, vista just came out too early

burger is 2-3$ here, around 1-1.5$ for a McDonald's cheeseburger (the cheapest option in the menu), i would rather buy like 10-15 burgers for that price.
the only reason I'm still using Privacy Badger is the feature that hides embeeded iframe widgets until a "view" button is clicked (for example, embeeded tweets etc)
