Where I live we have sunlight from 5:20 to 22:00 in summer. This means going to bed while it's still light outside. We're actually in the wrong time zone though, the sun is at the highest point somewhere around 14:00 in the summer.
Well, the Dutch wikipedia article on generations has the groups different than the English version. In English, I'm Gen X, in Dutch I'm from the "pragmatic generation".
You would have to bury them really deep to prevent them from being converted fully back to CO2, or worse methane, by other organisms.
Mine's the Dutch word for salt. It's derived from a longer username I used to have, which was slang for a sexual act.
A few years ago, stories submerged that if you allow a bee to sting your weiner, it would be permanently enlarged. I wouldn't try it though, for one, bee stings hurt as hell, another thing is I wouldn't want to risk damaging my dinghy.
I googled it (to try and be a smart ass), a kiwi egg is 80 mm in diameter. So you are probably correct in your assesment.
Not for me. Take in consideration that I don't do a lot of shopping. Two of the maybe four times times I used a self check-out last year;
- So I go to the self check-out. One of my items is on clearance. I scan it. It shows full price. turns out I needed to scan a different bar-code for the clearance. However, I can't remove the already scanned bar-code from the list, so now I need to call assistance.
- My kids drink a lot of coke zero, so when it goes on sale I usually buy a lot of it. In this case, I took all that's left in the store. I scan one bottle, do a quick count and adjust the number of bottles accordingly. I place the bottle in my cart and realize I've counted one too many. I can't take it off, and now need to call assistance.
That sums it up.
They are also used to cut firewood.
All German places I've seen, this seems to be a national thing.
So, if I understand it correct, when you order from a third party through Amazon, the third party never gets the order but Amazon sends something else instead? That wouldn't be legal in Europe.
If you're a morning person, you don't mind rising earlier, so DST is what you'd want. I'm an evening person, and I find it terrible to wake up at 6:30 while my biological clock says it's only 5:30.
