Pre-election - I paid close attention to the Bluesky zeitgeist. But post-election I've been making an aggressive efforts to avoid that. The election was a sea change and I don't want to hear libs whining, whinging, and rending their garments about Trump. Within a couple weeks after the election I had had more than enough. I've started blocking a huge number of accounts. To begin with I went to a site with the top 500 top accounts and I must have blocked at least 80% of them. My god, it was lib city. In my small Bluesky world - I've seen hardly any popular pro-CEO posts. An exception is this post by the insufferable editor-in-chief of Mother Jones...
But it only got 2K likes and top replies in the thread are people shitting on her. I joined in and shat on her too so she blocked me. I wonder how many people she blocked due to that thread. Also - of course - if Mother Jones, the person, was still alive - she would have shat on her too.

AOC knocked George Takei off his #1 throne. She now has 1.1M followers and is the top account at the site - other than the site's own account.
oof that all sounds painful
I wish there was a list of the top 5,000. I would just keep going and blocking. I want to see more from small accounts and more leftists too if possible. At Bluesky the cream does not rise to the top. It floats to the bottom. That's a sour mixed metaphor but it's very true.
Ah so it's full of nepo babies then?
