the grammar of this is very trumplish, but i do not believe he could use the word 'railed' in a sentence correctly.
It's a modified tweet about vaccines and autism, unfortunately
He'd just pronounce it weird, like "ryeed" or something.
It's true, he would misuse a unrelated word but pronounce it so badly people would think he was actually saying railed.
