MODERATORS
The birth would have been pretty complicated. It's not impossible, there's some porn where people anally "giving birth" to life-sized toys, but require an awful lot of lubricant and training.
I mean it's also very much possible for people who are trans men, and not much more difficult than it is for cis women (not to say childbirth isn't difficult, it's one of the most painful and difficult things a person can go through).
