While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.

Video begins with a Ukrainian soldier helmet cam pov, in a courtyard entrance facing a shack looking structure with a Yakutian soldier inside.A suicide drone strikes the position and the Ukrainian soldier advances on the shack, where the Yakutian fires at him from a window, they exchange fire and the Ukrainian is wounded but not incapacitated.
He drops his rifle and throws a grenade into the window, the Yakutian leaves the shack through the door and tries to shoot the Ukrainian point blank, the Ukrainian grabs the gun and wrenches it away.
He yells something along the lines of "how dare you invade my country", as they fall to the ground in hand to hand combat.
Both soldiers wrestle and pull their knives, a brutal fight occurs where they try to stab each other; the Ukrainian yells out something like "baza" or "haza", possibly a callsign for his command or a partner. Eventually the Yakutian gets the upper hand and the knife scene from Saving Private Ryan plays out.
The Ukrainian takes a few more stabs, and realizes it's fatal, he admits defeat "you've opened up everything" (meaning arteries), calls for his mother, and tells the Yakutian he's the best fighter he's met, and to let him die in peace. They each exchange goodbyes, and the Yakutian throws a grenade for a mercy killing, though the Ukrainian says not to and to let himself bleed out. Video ends with the helmet cam pov looking at a part of the Ukrainian's dead body, still dripping blood.
