Decided I would try using Steam on PopOS.. I didn't realize how long it has been since I've apparently played a steam game

Shadow of Mordor is a terrific game.
I remember it being a good outlet. A massacre describes most of the situations

Shadow of War is even better if you haven't checked it out, at least in my opinion. They scaled up the nemesis system and made combat a lot more flowy and fun
but also fuck patenting game mechanics
The only downside is that they managed to patent the nemesis system. Other games could make good use of it
it's so insulting from a game that was clearly standing on the shoulders of giants. most of it is extremely derivative; especially assassin's creed and batman series are all over that game. the one thing they add to all that they patent, that's bullshit.
but it's not their fault. it's the fault of the people who keep this obviously anti-culture practice legal.
