In case anyone cares, those are called radio buttons.
It's a constant shame on the empire now
100% tariffs on China!
60% tarrifs on China!
....10% tarrifs on China?
Wait a minute. You mean I ran on bad policy and now I'm learning it was all bad ideas and people voted for me?
Don't forget they are going to intentionally force us back to coal and oil, and stifle all transitions to cleaner energy. So really how bad could it be
Not eliminate, just privatize and make money off of it by stiffing every person, company, and publicly owned... Oh wait yeah, just hurting everyone.
Guy tries to overthrow the country, and people are worried that someone tried to kill him. What is wrong with this world. If people aren't trying to kill him we have something to worried about.
The justice system failed to arrest and detain the suspect and keep him imprisoned until charged properly. This isn't a failure of the people, it is a failure of the government.
The IT department would never be responsible for handing over said data. Backing it up, making sure it was recoverable, sure. But IT would have no actions with such.
I assume it would be the HR department or the administrators
No need to be, but this is a bad example because if the company can prove you were wreckless intentionally, they have an easy court case and someone now liable for all damages
How many DUIs do you give out to people who blow a 0.0? If a driver refuses to blow standardly a blood test is allowed/offered. It is only admissable in court if performed by a medical professional. Which means if they just asked her to blow and it was a 0.0... and they still didn't believe her, taking her to a hospital instead of jail would be the logical next step to have the blood test performed where a health professional may have had a shot at catching said health issues.
They were 16, people that beat them up were "older girls". Surely they will charge them as adults right?
Exactly, ownership.
For the sake of the fuck.
If this is true, that has got to be infuriating:
“We have known from the beginning that Ajay Dev was wrongfully convicted,” Purcell told the Chronicle. “Judge Beronio was the first judge to really look closely at the evidence and read every document.”
16+ years to get a judge to actually read the documentation, accounts, and listen.
It seems like there are 2 types of charges in the U.S. Those that spend years in prison before getting someone to review the facts, and those who spend years pushing back trials and staying out of jail until eventually they drop the cases without looking at all the evidence.
