MODERATORS
His actions are his personal battle not the best value for shareholders, how does he get away with not being sacked for failing to uphold his fiduciary duty?
He has no moral high ground to stand on either, his whole company is based off of exploiting children.
Because so far he's been mostly winning, hasn't he?
