Why would anyone down vote Kiki's Delivery Service? Especially when she's delivering sweet beautiful death from a thousand yards away?
Probably because of how she's holding the rifle. Kiki about to lose an eye.
Maybe it's too credible? She is anime, but she isn't a fighter waifu. Maybe she isn't delivering enough value for the MIC?
