Recent examples of court cases between states are California v. Texas (2021) challenging the Affordable Care Act after the mandate was reduced to $0 and Pennsylvania v. Texas (2020, dismissed by SCOTUS for lack of standing) challenging the election results.
The federal government can also sue a state or vice versa such as the four cases since 2016 named United States v. Texas.
Hell, Rhode Island vs. Massachusetts was ruled on in 1838 after going through the lower courts for seven years, starting in 1831, over a border dispute.
There's a whole bunch of cases between states going back to the country's beginning. I'm not a lawyer, though, so I don't know what the oldest case is between two states is. Then there's stuff like Dredd Scott vs. Sanford, which was basically Illinois vs. Missouri.
