Kind of a real question... what the hell is the "end game" for pro-western Indian fascists? Do they hope that western fascists do take over worldwide and instate their "loyal" locals to high positions? Like reimplement the caste system and set them at the top? That seems like a hell of a gamble and very unlikely to pay off.
I kind of understand anyone who is just doing it to grift off rich white people in the west. Hey, fuck em, take that money. But the actual ideological "true believers" make my brain hurt. It reminds me of the Balt countries or like fascist Ukrainians or Croatians during WWII. "You aren't on the team, bro" energy.
Hard to tell which one this guy is from the article. My headcannon regarding your question is just a combination of confirmation bias and delusion. The facsim will align just enough with someone’s “conservative values” so when they see “fash hates X group” they can say “well I’m X but they hate the ones who are Y and honestly i don’t like those guys either. Surely they can tell the difference and are interested in doing so”
