What is a Tankie?

Basic Rules:

Revisionism — No downplaying or denying atrocities past and present. Calling Tankies shills, foreign/federal agents, or bots also falls under this rule. Extremists exist. They are real. Do not call them shills or fake users as it handwaves their extremism.
Tankies can explain their views but may be criticised or attacked for them. Any slight infraction on the rules above will immediately earn a warning and possibly a ban.
Off-topic Discussion — Do not discuss unrelated topics to the point of derailing the thread. Stay focused on the direct content of the post as opposed to arguing.
You'll be warned if you're violating the instance and community rules. Continuing poor behaviour after being warned will result in a ban or removal of your comments. MODERATORS
Went to the modlog the other day for the first time and searched myself. Found out that I'm the "Deep State" and have been banned from some comm I've never heard of for "seven Christmases". After perusing the posts I'm kind of proud of my ban. Looked at their mod list and it was some obvious sockpuppet making multiple accounts with basically the same name.
Personally I've never had any bad experiences with ml or their users. I did end up leaving ml over censorship though, i like to say fuck a lot. I like to read uncensored comments and posts. If they don't that's fine with me too. At least they haven't banned me for seven Christmas.
Chad McTruth is ~~parody~~ a TRUE defender of JUSTICE and the AMERICAN WAY, and since I trust CHAD, you're banned for SEVEN CHRISTMASES here too!

Not sure about that, i think he might be a nutcase. When I was perusing the comm he had a list of "enemy's" he supposedly had to censor.
I must admit that being banned by chad for not one but seven christmases was pretty fucking hilarious!
