Good. One of the only reasons left to keep the US dollar as the standard currency is the bases they have stationed around the world. If they shut them down, countries will get to move to something else. Hopefully not the yen.

The Japanese economy is in a long decline, and Japan is a US vassal, so I wouldn’t worry about the yen becoming the world’s reserve currency.

Nah, Yen is maybe not yet dead and buried, but even if US GTFO from there tomorrow, and Japan start economic resurgency, that resurgency will not only be way too slow, but it can be done only in cooperation with China.
