The more I look at it, the more it bugs me:

  • breech position
  • small head, huge hand
  • even if you remember the acronym you won't remember each letter
  • is the umbilical chord supposed to be so thick???
  • that symbol between "med" and "naz" looks like piercing her heart

If that's the right arm, it doesn't have any bones. I think that the squiggle is supposed to represent the umbilical, too.

See, that is what I thought at first until I thought about the proportions. Having one arm shorter than the other is possible....)
