there is no possible way that .ml or hexbear are genuinely trying to promote their ideology by being as toxic and hateful as possible to everyone, especially people who are interested in communism.
also, they don’t even meme right, they take some exaggerated facial expressions from a still from a mainstream 90’s movie, and the point is always “you’re sooo stupid, nah nah, nah nah”.

Yeah that’s what I was alluding to. Maybe I should have been a little more explicit but I think there’s a broader point here about how nebulous and contentious terms like this divide people unknowingly, when they may not even disagree on the underlying issues.
For example, anarchocommunists might feel criticized by this post, but I doubt that’s who OP had in mind.
