I think my favorite variation of this was a DM posting about how they had made their BBEG Hitler but hot and changed a bit of the flavoring to fantasy and his table sided with them the whole game. To the DM's horror.

Nah, it'd need to be a sexy man. Otherwise, there's no way fascists will listen to her.
Depends on how sexy and evil. Kim Jong Un's sister would immediately win against South Korea for example, due to the sheer amount of defectors who would cross to the north to be her warrior consorts. They'd go in and clear South Korean towns relentlessly just to grind rep. She'd gobble up Japan and swathes of China, too.
