Those crosswalks are too close to the circle, move that back and remove the stop signs.
The roundabout that I cross every day to go to work has the crosswalk even closer.

I thought that referred to anti homeless spikes
included, but not limited to.
removal of jwalking laws can help convince the cars to care about crosswalk placement, by enabling pedestrians just walking straight through the roundabout.
