Yeah I've had the same thought. I have a friend who had her half of her hand mangled by machinery; she got her disability money but being unable to work she has people constantly driving by slowly by her house, standing out on neighbor's lawns, etc to make sure she isn't outside doing anything physical. I'm not sure who does it in America, but it's absolutely disgusting.

Motherfuckers doing absolutely nothing useful to society; opposite, actually. Vindictive pieces of shit that harm society from the bottom up.
