I have a work acquaintance who does this in the most unfunny way. You could say you injured your Achilles tendon, and he'd reply he has an Achilles elevendon, and it's made out of steel and never hurts..

Yes but it wouldn't be funny if they just said "Heh, elevendon". It need a delivery sandwich. Maybe there's a funnier sandwich though.
