We all know Bernie has its many limitations, and how he likes to co-opt movements for then water them down. He made many mistakes in his life, like voting for the intervention in Yugoslavia. However, at least in what concerns this conflict, I like how he grew a spine and is voicing his opinion this time at least. Some people who follow him will get his message.

Yeah but if he said any of that they'd probably fucking kill him tbf. Not an excuse at this point of course but its worth considering the old man probably fears death. I'm doubtful he buys all the bs. Maybe he is senile though idk

If he said any of that he wouldn't be bernie sanders. He would never say that. His entire existence revolves around him playing anti-imperialist when it is safe to do so and supporting imperialism when anti-imperialism is most needed.
