absolutely fantastic. I got my children addicted to spam as a "treat" when we went camping, and my oldest was absolutely blown away with this when we went to a Hawaiian restaurant one time and I ordered it for him.
This was my first time trying it and now I realize it's just a tasty bologna style meat in a weird form factor. Even my cat likes it (though he really just likes the ham water). Spam hate is overrated.
Diced and pan fried till crispy, mixed with macaroni and cheese. Absolute comfort food.
A very close second (and much simpler in a pinch) is a pan fried slide on a folded over piece of soft white bread.
Search up "musubi mold" on Amazon, they're great if you're making a bunch of them.
