Just get an emulator for your phone or get the apks from a reputable source
Also with no profit motive
I don't know about all of these games, but Sonic CD for example has widescreen support added. Getting proper full screen with emulation is usually a pain ime.
Where do you usually get your mobile apps/games from? I've struggled more with that then PC or even console piracy.
Because I'm a stinky nerd that hates phone games, I don't game on my phone really
But on the rare chance I need a discontinued apk I just use apkmirror
