Complete rumors use heavy salt: Allegedly it targeted a gated-off IDF complex next to the building

Refining location a bit as more images come in. Natanzon St 28 suffered a direct hit! It is a gated, fenced and checkpointed government/IDF installation. The building adjacent to the Sail tower, which houses Israeli government ministries such as the ministry of interior.
